The Savoy is proud to launch The Apiary, a light and bright, honeyed-apple martini designed to celebrate the change in the seasons. It's the second of our cocktails, developed in partnership with EcoSpirits as part of a revolutionary drive to improve sustainability in our industry.

Featuring Avallen, a traditional cider brandy that is fully climate-positive, the aim of this cocktail is to not only be delicious, but also to pioneer real change regarding the way we think about sustainability within the spirits and hospitality industry, from producer to consumer.
